MARCELA VILLANUEVA

Project Manager

She is an Argentine cultural manager, mother, migrant, and feminist based in Berlin. She is the author of the newly published book “Funding Fiesta,” and Karne Kunst’s founder.

Through her work, she advocates for various forms of art and topics such as feminism and migration. She is also the founder of the International Vierte Welle Festival and co-founder of Sorora e.V.

ANAHI MOU

Co-Director

She is a chilean audiovisual producer and filmmaker based in Berlin.


Her personal work involves photography, graphic arts and film, specially documentary and experimental short films. She has also participated in film festivals and film labs as producer, curator, and programmer.

She is currently in the working in a fiction short film, writing her first feature film and co-directing Vierte Welle Film Festival.

GABRIELA GIOIA

Co-Director

She is a filmmaker and photographer from Argentina based in Berlin.

She organized several feminist and queer audiovisual projects on abortion rights issues. She also worked as a curator at film festivals (Vierte Welle Film Festival, Ciclo Chonflex, First festival of film schools with a gender perspective).


As a documentary photographer, she participated in analogies about the feminist movement in Buenos Aires and Berlin.

LETICIA QUIROS

General Producer

She is a spanish cultural producer living in Berlin. She has worked in several film, music, and performing arts festivals in the production department. Besides this, one of her passions is collage; she gives workshops and does exhibitions and commissions in this field. She has a small audiovisual production company with her partner where they make collaborative film and art projects.

FLORENCIA FREIS

Production Assistant

Originally from Buenos Aires and currently based in Berlin, Florencia is an audiovisual producer and illustrator with experience in both commercial and creative projects. She has worked on numerous short and feature films, as well as film festivals, specializing in production and administration. Currently, she is expanding her expertise into project and cultural management, focusing on initiatives that promote cultural exchange and support migrant art.

BARBARA BIELITZ

Technical Producer

She is an explorer. Driven by curiosity and artistic experimentation, her creative work focuses on the conceptual di ractions between feminisms and technological materialities. Her projects unfold through both individual and collective processes, mostly about the immigrant community FLINTA* in Berlin. Currently, she is working on projects in which science ction operates as a space of feminist speculation for the exploration of (other) possible worlds.

PALOMA DE LA FUENTE

Community Manager

She is a photographer and visual artist based in Berlin, Germany, focused in recent years on creating content for social networks. When she was 18, she began shooting professionally for magazines and digital media. Nowadays, she is using her camera to approach concepts that cross her, such as migration, the passage of time, or her relationship with her body. Her work has been published on diverse websites such as Jot Down or Berlin Amateurs.

GISELLE ORTIZ

Finance Manager

She is a finance professional with a keen eye for detail and a passion for the creative world and the people who bring it to life. Originally from Argentina and now based in Berlin, she has spent years working closely with production, creative, and advertising teams bringing structure to fast-paced environments, finding the balance between financial strategy and creative vision, and helping teams turn their projects into reality.

DIANA SALGADO

Poster Design

She is a migrant transdisciplinary creative based in Berlin. She works at the intersection of art, craft and design to amplify the voices and narratives of FLINTA* people, using creativity as a tool to imagine alternative worlds that challenge patriarchal structures. With a keen eye for inclusive storytelling, she combines aesthetics and purpose, ensuring that each project is not only visually striking but also conveys a strong message of empowerment and resistance.
